Join us for this twice-monthly virtual face-to-face Hanashi-kai that is part of our NEXT JET Mentorship program for departing JETs.

JET Alum "Senpai" and departing JET "Kohai" gather to talk about top-of mind issues and topics. Each Hanashi-kai is broken into two discussion sessions, so Kohai have the opportunity to engage in at least 2 Senpai-led discussion groups. These small group discussions are broken into SIGs (Special Interest Groups), which are outlined in the NEXT JET Discord.
